Are you ready to push your knitting skills to the next level? Of so, then this grandpa style cardigan is for you! Thea Coleman has designed a beautiful textural sweater and named it The Oban Cardigan. This sweater is the perfect choice to learn new skills, engage in relaxing self-indulgent knitting and works up quickly to wear in our cold months. Knit in worsted/aran weight, this bottom-up construction cardigan with cables, set-in sleeves and pockets is sure to be your next go-to casual sweater.
In this class you will learn to read a cable chart, cable without a needle, and focus on the "one-row buttonhole" method.
Cost: $65 for three 2-hour sessions. Pattern not included in class price.
Required Skills: Advanced beginner to intermediate level knitter
Size is based on actual sweater measurement around bust, including button band, worn closed.
Worsted/aran weight yarn. A wool fiber is recommended (non-superwash) - nothing too heavy or drapey, as sweater could grow with wear.
