Felted Bag - Sundays, July 13, 27, & Aug 3, 2-4pm

Want to try your hand at felting and bag making? Join us as we make the fabulous ZZ Bag by Yamagara! In this class you will learn about stranded colorwork, felting, hand-stitching a zipper, and adding a strap.

Cost: $85 for three, 2-hour sessions

Required Skills: This is an intermediate class. Knowledge and experience of basic knitting skills required. Experience with colorwork is strongly recommended.

Pattern is NOT included in class price. Please click here to purchase your copy of ZZ Bag by Yamagara before the start of the first class. 

SUGGESTED YARN
We highly recommend using AlafossLopi. This yarn will knit up beautifully and felt easily.

NEEDLES
One US 7, 16” or longer circular needle
One US 8, 16” or longer circular needle
One US 9, 16” or longer circular needle
Two US 9 DPNs for working box pleats

STRAPS
Strap options will be discussed in class. If you'd like to knit the Chic Scarf pattern as shown in the picture click here to purchase that pattern. There is a designer code on Ravelry to use to purchase both patterns as a bundle.

You will receive 10% off on any materials required for this class purchased at Knotty Lamb, excluding patterns. Straps not sold at Knotty Lamb.
