Do you struggle with finishing your sweaters when terms like “seaming“ and “mattress stitch” are used? If so, this class is for you! This workshop will include details about how to seam sides and set in armholes using a variety of techniques. Perfect for the beginner to advanced knitter, in this two-hour class, students will practice seaming swatches, learn how apply decorative seams, and master the art of a finished seamed sweater!
Pre-class Homework & Recommended Materials:
Students should bring two 4 x4 inch swatches (of the same weight) with one swatch in stockinette stitch and the other in garter stitch.
Students should also bring a tapestry needle, scissors, practice yarn and knitting needles.
