Halu Kits
Halu by Caitlin Hunter
Halu sweater is knit top down in the round and features a subtle front and back V-neck shaped neckline which transitions to circular lace yoke design. Short rows are worked after the yoke chart for a comfortable fit, and instructions are included for adjusting the body length as preferred. The sleeves feature lace at the cuff which can be omitted if preferred.
Pattern: The pattern is NOT included in the kit but can be purchased on Ravelry.

Recommended ease: 1-4” 2.5-10 cm of positive ease at the bust. See schematic on page 8 for full fit details.
Sweater shown is size 3 on a 36” 91.5 cm bust with 5.25” 13.5 cm of positive ease

Needles:
Ribbing: US 3 3.25 mm
Main: US 5 3.75 mm
Note: Needle sizes are suggested only. You may need to use a different size to achieve gauge. Some knitters also find that they require different sizes for colorwork and stockinette knitting to get the same gauge.
Gauge:
Stockinette: 19 sts and 26 rounds = 4” 10 cm in stockinette and lace on main needles after blocking
Ribbing: 22 sts and 36 rounds = 4” 10 cm in 1x1 rib on ribbing needles after blocking
Note: You should always knit your swatch the same way that the pattern is knit—in this case, in the round. Block your swatch as you will your finished garment and allow it to dry fully before measuring.
