
Magic Loop 101 (and 2-at-time!)- Saturdays, May 17 & 24, 12:30-2:30pm
Have you been intimidated by the idea of magic loop knitting? Let us take away your fears! In this class we will learn all about the basic magic loop technique and then dive into how to work projects 2-at-a-time - great for socks, mitts, and sleeves!
Cost: $65 for two, 2-hour sessions
Required Skills: Must be fluent in cast on, knit, purl, and bind off. Must have some experience working in the round on small circumference circulars or DPNs.
Recommended Materials:
Yarn:
Approx 160 yards of DK weight yarn in as many colors as you'd like. See pattern page for more info.
Needles:
US 4 (3.4 mm) 40" or longer circular needles (or size needed to obtain gauge)
US 6 (4.0 mm) 40" or longer circular needles (or size needed to obtain gauge)

Gauge:
22 sts x 32 rows to 10cm in Stockinette Stitch (note that row gauge is not crucial)

You may bring your own materials to class or if you wish to purchase prior to the start of the first class, you will receive a 10% discount on required materials, excluding patterns.
