
Sowing Seeds of Love Wrap - Sundays, May 7 & 21 from 12-2pm
Come join us while we knit this beautiful striped and laced rectangular shawl! Designed by Joji Locatelli, this lovely wrap uses 5 fingering weight colors and is constructed in 4 pieces which are joined by kitchener stitch. Lacy chevrons are added to the final piece. Techniques to be taught are: yarn overs, right and left leaning decreases and grafting (kitchener stitch) a long piece. Most of the knitting is perfect for TV watching!!

PATTERN
Pattern is not included in class price. You will need to purchase a copy of Sowing Seeds of Love by Joji Locatelli before the start of the first session. Pattern can be purchased through Ravelry (click here for pattern) or by visiting us in the shop at least 20 minutes prior to the start of class.
YARN REQUIREMENTS
Five skeins of fingering weight yarn in any brand/style you like. You need 400 yards (366 m) of colors 1-4 and 200 yards (183 m) of color 5.
SUGGESTED NEEDLES
US 5 (3.75mm) 32" circular needles or desired length
You may bring your own materials to class or if you wish to purchase prior to the start of the first class, you will receive a 10% discount on materials, excluding pattern.
