Brioche 101 - Saturdays, Jan 4 & 11, 12:30-2:30pm

Join us as we learn the basics of brioche using two colors and working in the round! This fabulous knitting technique gives a fun twist on basic knitting and provides and squishy fabric perfect for all seasons!

Cost: $65 for two, 2-hour sessions

Required Skills: This class is perfect for the advanced beginner.  Must know how to cast on, knit, purl, increase, decrease, and bind off.

Pattern: Pattern is Beginner's Brioche Cowl by Lavanya Patricella. Pattern is not included in class price. Please click here to visit the pattern page on Ravelry and purchase your copy. You may also visit us in the shop to purchase a copy at least 20 minutes prior to the start of class.

Yarn- bulky weight as follows:
Color A: 106 yards of Bulky yarn
Color B: 90 yards of Bulky yarn

Needles:
US 11 (8.0 mm) circular needles in 16" length

Other notions:
1 stitch marker

You may bring your own materials to class or if you wish to purchase prior to the start of the first class, you will receive a 10% discount on materials.
