Knitting for Olive Silk yarn

Very nice yarn with great stitch definition. Need to be careful when knitting as it is easy to split the yarn as it is made up of 3 strands of silk spun together. This is my 2nd sweater I've knitted with this yarn. Very comfortable to wear, gets lots of complements and easy to care for. Highly recommended.

I really enjoy everything about this yarn. The people at Mitchell are don to earth, work their yarn for the benefit of the earth with their natural dyes, & deliver a lively yarn to knit with in my hands. I’ll definitely order more in the future!

A delightful surprise...

On my last visit to Portland, my pal, Dede, decided to surprise me with a visit to her new favorite yarn shop: The Knotty Lamb.
The shop is a delight to the eyes and the fingers...We spent several hundred dollars and walked away with thre new project!

This yarn has a very soft touch and feels silky. So happy that I had a project to use for l this yarn and it turned out beautifully.
