Shipping
NOTE: All products with EXTRA discounted shipping fees are visible at Checkout and within the product description for each product. Additional fees vary by product weight and location of the customer (how far it needs to be shipped).
Shipping Durations - The shipping durations selected at Checkout are business days. The shipping duration starts the day after we drop off a package at the shipping company. We work hard to have packages ready for shipping within 1 day (Monday thru Friday), but drop-off is dependent on Shipping carriers being available to receive the package or to pick it up. Example, If an order is placed Monday afternoon, it will be dropped off to the carrier Tuesday and their shipping day starts Wednesday.
US Domestic
- For US orders over $250, we pay for the shipping with the exception of a few products (for example, books) that are heavier. These items will be charged additional discounted shipping fees added at Checkout. The shipping cost of these products is clearly visible at Checkout.
- For orders under $250, shipping is calculated based on your delivery location using the competitive rates (below market) available to us.
- Please note when selecting services USPS First Class/Ground are not insured if the package is lost within USPS's possession. Priority Mail is insured.
- All packages will have tracking to ensure delivery. We do not protect orders agains theft or loss of package one it's released (noted as delivered) from the shipper. PLEASE ship your orders to safe locations! Not shared mail areas. We are not responsible of lost or stolen packages.
International
- We charge discounted rates for all international orders. All these orders are shipped with Tracking for customer security, awareness and shipping notification.
- DHL Shipping is now available. Select your shipping method at checkout.
- We work hard to make sure that you receive your products in a timely manner and at the best possible rates. The rates are based on the carriers we use for shipping.
- If you choose '1st Class Package International Service' at CHECKOUT, we cannot guarantee your item will be received. USPS does not track the item once it leaves the United States. If there is risk to your package being stolen, please choose a different service. We recommend selecting a service with tracking and insurance.
- We do not protect orders agains theft or loss of package one it's released (noted as delivered) from the shipper. PLEASE ship your orders to safe locations! Not shared mail areas. We are not responsible of lost or stolen packages.
Returns
We can only grant you store credit for any returns. Any yarns or other unopened/ unused items may be returned for store credit up to 60 days after the purchase. The yarn must still be in the original condition (ie. not wound, still in original configuration) with the intact undamaged yarn label, and not exposed to smoke or animal hair. We reserve the right to not accept returns if the product is not meeting these requirements or damaged.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges for needles, hooks, books, magazines, or any tools. Any sale or discounted items may not be returned or exchanged. Classes are non-refundable within 30 days prior to the workshop/class date. A 50% refund is granted if you cancel more than 30 days prior to the class date.
Returns Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
As the receiver of a package, you may contact the shipping carrier for information on delivery etc. We are not authorized to speak to the shipping companies on your behalf. If you choose a shipment with tracking, this is emailed to you once the order to boxed and shipped. There could be a 1-day delay to see tracking information based on when the package is received by the shipping company. If you need to confirm ship dates, we are happy to help you. Please have your Order Number ready or name you provided at checkout.
