Colorwork Stocking! - Fridays, Nov 13, 20, & Dec 4, 11am-1pm
Design and construct your very own unique stocking! We will learn the basics of colorwork design and incorporate that into this fabulous fair isle project.
Worked in the round, from the top down, this fabulous stocking is fully customizable with colorwork charts and pattern suggestions. Have the most unique stocking around!
Cost: $85 for three, 2-hour sessions
Required Skills: This class is designed for the intermediate knitter. We will learn about colorwork charts, stranded colorwork, and stocking construction.

Pattern is Holiday Doodle Stocking by Jamie Lomax. Pattern is not included in class price. Please click here to visit the pattern page on Ravelry and purchase your copy. You may also visit us in the shop to purchase a copy at least 20 minutes prior to the start of class.
Yarn:
Two sizes are available in pattern. Narrow (Wide)
1 full skein MC and 4-6 half skeins CC in DK Weight SW Merino Wool yarn
Exact yardage will depend on selection of charts, cuff/heel/toe colors, and size. Yardage listed is based on the sample knit.
- Main Color (MC): 160 (225) yards
- Total Contrasts (CCs): 215 (295) yards
Needles:
US 4 - 3.5 mm 16" circular needles or at least 40" length for magic loop.

You may bring your own materials to class or if you wish to purchase prior to the start of the first class, you will receive a 10% discount on materials, excluding pattern.

Classes are non-refundable within 30 days prior to the workshop/class date. A 50% refund is granted if you cancel more than 30 days prior to the class date.
