Intro to Amigurumi - Sunday, Sept 13, 2-4pm

Join us as we go over the basics of amigurumi while creating crocheted hacky sacks!! These cute little balls make great stress relievers as well as gifts. You'll be making these left and right before you know it!

In this class, we will learn how to read an amigurumi pattern, work the crochet magic ring, single crochet in the round, increase, track your rows, decrease, and finish off. These are the basics for nearly every amigurumi pattern!

Cost: $49 for one, 2-hour session. Includes poly pellets and casing for filling.

Location: Knotty Lamb

Required Skills: For the advanced beginner and beyond. Basic crochet skills required; chain, slip stitch, single crochet.

Recommended Materials:
The Pattern for this class is DIGITAL. Please click here to visit Ravelry and download your copy of Easy Hacky Sack by Heidi Gustad before the start of the first class. You will need to bring your own tablet or phone to access the pattern during class.

Yarn: DK or worsted weight in desired color(s). Only one color is required. Approx 125 yards.

Hooks: 5.0mm (H)

Notions: One locking stitch marker, tapestry needle, scissors.
